So, backstory. For some reason I never uploaded this album and a few people asked me why that was. I had no good reason, and while I hate to make people excited about a "new" upload that isn't really new, I figured I ought to have it up for the sake of playlists and consistent quality.
Anyway, this is the rough sketch of Cherry Tree Bridge, which is misleadingly the fourth, not the third stratum.

You're a great person, you know? Etrian Odyssey's always been one of my favorite of Atlus's stuff- and you putting up all these albums for us to enjoy only cements my love for the series even more. So thank you!

Hey, I really appreciate that! I'm obviously a HUGE EO fan (Cross/Nexus is soon!), but importing these CDs is not cheap. Being able to share them and expose fans who almost surely never would have heard the stuff is what makes it worth it. Shame that the style swap kind of dampened the doujin scene, but I've got like 400 tracks up here anyway.

Etrian Odyssey is criminally underrated, this series got me into JRPGs. I share really fond memories with EO games so I greatly appreciate this channel, it's like a hidden EO lounge for fans to trickle in and relax... I find myself coming back every once in a while to get overwhelmed with bittersweet nostalgia.

I just wanted to say thanks for all the music uploads man, I actually got into Etrian Odyssey because I was listening to one of the songs you uploaded (The Battlefield That Never Sleeps) and found the games from there. So thanks again for getting me into such a great series and keep up the great work.

I saw this channel a year ago, then I eventually came back again. Nice to see an EO fan is remaking these tracks. I am trying to play EO 1, 2 and 3 via emulator but I never get the time to thanks to high school. I later then got EON/EOX for my 3DS but my 3DS charger broke and it'll take a long while before my parents get me another one. I always come back to this channel now and then. I might as well add theses tracks to my playlist. Also, thank you for these tracks. It must be hard making these.

Two things on this one. I have no talent and didn't make literally anything on this channel; I'm just a big fan and spent money importing these albums from doujin marketplaces and stuff. Second, this one was actually made by the original creators, Atlus. Good luck with the emulating, though! I still replay the EO games fairly frequently. I'm about halfway through a Nexus run right now. I'm always happy to hear that people are enjoying the content on this channel. Sharing it with the community is what made it so worth it to import them all.

What I meant to say was thanks for even distributing these on your channel. 👍🏾👍🏾 It must've been time consuming in some sort of way and at least your money wasn't spent in vain. You made my and other people's day with these tracks. I am glad I found this channel. Best of luck, wash your hands and stay hydrated.

Thank you for uploading basically everything on your channel, I've been listening to it for years and I feel like I should give my thanks. Etrian really has the best soundtrack out of any game series in the world, and it's amazing work that you've shared so many of these albums.

Yeah, I hope I'll find some new stuff soon-ish with Cross having just released recently in Japan. We'll see though, since the music was sort of remixes and whatnot in the first place though.

Honestly, I kind of agree. That said, it's easily one of my favorite strata themes, so all of the versions sound pretty great to me.

Do you have a link to all the albums, I've been listening to your uploads for years now and have seen you make links to full playlists, but Im wondering if they're not complete. It'd be ok if you didn't, you're already a blessing for having uploaded all these alternate versions I would otherwise have never been able to hear elsewhere,

Oh yeah, I've got this .rtf file that's literally just a list of download links for the albums. Mk4 here is pretty new, so it SHOULD have them all. I think. Man I will always love me some Etrian Odyssey music, would you ever consider making an Odysee channel and sync it with your youtube to spread some EO love over there as well? :D but the only downside to Odysee is they have not implemented playlist as of yet. But it would so nice to have these there as a back up :3

I totally forgot that happened because they never brought it to the U.S. Which is funny, because I actually imported the OST. I'll look into finding that album.

So, I looked into it and found the album. It appears that it is simply a collection of existing music from previous OSTs, so it wouldn't be anything new. Incidentally, another excellent youtuber, Banim, has all of the OSTs uploaded, and someone made a playlist that represents the MD 2 pack-in CD: ru-vid.com/group/PLtvlKuXI1inZ3clS-WejY6jAq84AWtSIO

It's kind of a shame that the "rough sketch" albums all had worse versions of their final songs in the game. I know that's what "rough sketch" implies, but I was hoping for more of beta music that didn't make the cut, or maybe a bridge or riff that was different in like a battle song or something

Yeah, they are mostly sort of just unfinished. The most interesting ones I think were stuff like Proto-Type, where it actually had some tracks that just didn't get used and then showed up in the Untolds years later.
