In this video titled EU4 A to Z - Can I FORM A BREWERY PRUSSIA As Bamberg I do a playthrough as Bamberg in Europa Universalis 4 1.32 Origins. This is the series titled A to Z where I attempt to play every* nation in EU4 in alphabetical order. Of course I had to remove some nations so the challenge doesn't get too boring. In this video I play as the nation of Bamberg and I attempt to form Prussia! So let's see if I managed to do it! I hope you guys enjoy this series. 21:48 there are three different sets of requirements to form Prussia, and the one you thought of was for Brandenburg, but Saxony and the Teutonic Order actually have different requirements to form Prussia.

@@huginnmuninn2155 Not really. Or kind of. There is specific one for Brandenburg, specific one for Monastic Teutons and one for everyone else (tho the primary culture has to be Saxon, Prussian or Pomerenian). They mostly just differ in which cores you need to own.

Yup, only chad Teutons can form Prussia from theocracy. Well, technically Brandenburg should be able to do that too, because it's not a requirement for them to not be a theocracy. But why would you reform Brandenburg to a theocracy only to create Prussia?

The province of Warmia isn't actually having Allenstein in it's name. The secondary name is the main city iirc, and it happens to be Allenstein, nowadays Olsztyn in Poland.

The idea to turn protestant with the archbishopric of Bamberg, which is (till today btw) a strongly catholizism engraved region and more or less cultivating a rivalry with the protestant parts of the region (like f.e. Bayreuth) is actually pretty cursed. :D - reminds me of muslim Byzantines XD Now you could in theory complete the irony and do the opposite with Bayreuth, which has strong ties to Prussia and Protestantism.^^

Bamberg is not only one of the most beautiful cities in the world, but also the world capital of beer. If you don´t believe me look in the Guiness Book of world records. over 200 breweries in the area of Bamberg for round about 200k people. Every little village has it´s own brewerie. The oldest breweries of Bamberg are there since the end of the 14th centurie. I LOVE Bamberg and his beer.
