@@cavejohnson982 the more further in time it goes the more boring the game gets, since (1)flavor is missing in late game and (2) your army just steamrolling through, which is also one of the reasons many players dont play to the end date.

The real challenge is not getting mad at Paradox when you realise just how many essential features they decided to arbitrarily make you pay for. I can still remember when developing provinces required DLC.

@@Lileplutt No DLC VicII is way more cursed, to the point of being missing the ability to fabricate a claim on somebody. This means that you cannot start a war without either an event or a crisis, and therefore playing anything other than a major power is pointless.

They changed that, I was a no dlc player for awhile and I was able to transfer occupation

When I played without DLC that was so annoying. I couldn't give my allies or puppets land, and if my allies sieged stuff that I wanted, the occupation went to them, meaning I couldn't take it on the peace deal. I don't even know how I managed to play with that.

oh definitely disagree after playing some year. There are dozens of tricks that you can easily use with dlc and are basics for WC and you cant use them here.

@@ZlewikkTV Well, if you go back a couple of years, then it probably was a bit easier to WC, especially as Ottomans, since their ideas were quite insane, like 33% CCR.

Sadly like me you won't get that overkill - 60% core creation cost discount after conquering North India. Also no trade companies so life is hard. As for the tips, take only the provinces you have claims on, which is a LOT as you get basically half of India's dev via claims from just forming Mughals. Staying behind on tech isn't an option, you fall back on idea groups, tactics, units, and ships that arnt trash, you can either stop conquest (Unacceptable for WC) or go on and that will mean you fall back further leading to like 5 corruption and loosing 30 ducats a month from rooting out corruption, if Ming does not implode in the first 50 years, restart, without Mandate of Heaven Ming is has no balance other than early game rebels. Lastly, a reccamendation for an idea set- 1)Admin- For that 50 percent core cost reduction. 2)Offensive- For generals that arnt trash and that siege ability(also discipline) 3)Humanist- Your Sunni. Many provinces arnt. Be kind to them. (or they will kill you). Also remember to take the offensive-humanist policy, - 1 unrest and - 5 years of separatism. 4)Quantity - You need people. 5)Influence/diplo - Your gonna be big daddy for many nations. 6)Exploration- You need to find out where those pacific islands are hiding(if they even have a single province you won't get their colonies) 7)??? 8) ???

Maybe you dont know but you pay dip points for taking not claimed provinces. Why rushing things so much? :p

@@ZlewikkTV I'm sorry, I didn't want to seem rude. :( Yeah, i know about dip points, but, and i think you will agree with me, admin points are much more important in 1444, and for a lot of countries, in early game than dippoints... (maybe i'm the only one with such opinion)

It totally depends, especially with Ottomans that have ccc and tons of claims from missions. Until around 1510 I will be constantly around cap of amdin points. No worries, noone is rude :p

Click on the province you occupy, will say that your nation occupies it. Click the occupation icon and change the occupation to the vassal. Then peace deal giving the province to the vassal. Took me far to long to figure it out. At least now I know.

An I refuse to buy any. If something is called "game", that involves wineable without paying extra money. Otherwise it`s just a shady, scammy rip-off. 👍

Selling provinces costs you 10 prestige per province. It is a lot as prestige affects improve relations and becomrs completely ineffective in big numbers (not to mention that you need to waste 1 month per provonce)

@@ZlewikkTV Yeah that is very annoying, but sometimes its worth it if you have a terrible ruler, and or a province that is a core of your subject that would cost a lot of points to core.

Is it that big a difference? I just got the game at a massive discount, and I don't want to spend more on each DLC than I did the base game...

Because without dlcs it fires Jannisaries event in 10 years (inf ca and discipline bonuses)

In subjects window you normally can jist give your province to him :p. Prestige thing hurts, first of all it affects improve relations and second it's ineffective when it's 15 or 20 provinces to give

You can sell it for free but it costs you 10 prestige each, which becomes useless in big numbers. Especially that orestige affects improve relations.

Yes, it's best combined with planning in advance the territories for your vassals so that they make take them in war and to minimise the drawbacks. Still, it's the only way vanilla players can directly pass territory over to vassals without paying the Paradox Tax.
