Very nice riding, smooth and fluid. Inspires me to evolve my month young V11 skills to sniff out some of the Vancouver mtn bike trails. Thx for posting!
Slick moves, great footage! Add a little dialogue/vlog and you're off to the subs. My son and I have V11'S as well, getting almost to that point. I'll start posting more soon too
Thx. I dont like the disadvantages of being locked to the wheel when falling 😂 i messed around with some 3D printed parts but it doesnt make that much of a difference when you ask me
@@electricunicyclist3040 I have the Clark pads on my V11. Not totally needed but I like them. On my Sherman though I feel they have saved my arse a few times hitting unexpected bumps and not being thrown off as a result of being locked in.
@@alanbaxter5897 youre right. i experienced some scary situations on my 16x when not paying 100% attention to the surface.. even small stones can be a huge problem if unprepared^^ so i see the use of clark pads here the suspension on the v11 does nearly eliminate the need to look out for each small bump or crack in the road, i was thankfull for that many times :D
depends on how much you weigh, how cold is the weather, how fast you ride! Here in Australia it's warm weather. I typically get around 80km range. Today, my average speed was lower at 20km/hr- I got 96km with 20% battery left over, with over 11,000km in 2 years and the wheel is performing like new.
idk dont have one nor will i get one. the development goes pretty fast and until im done with my, incoming, s22 eagle there will be an V14^^ but it seems that the v12 is a more powerfull ks16x so d say it can handle this terrain pretty easy :)
What would you say the range is for a hilly up & down terrain for the V11? Seems like a nice wheel but I would like it to go some 70 km''s at 20kmh on a hilly terrain. Judging from other youtuber's it doesn't seem like it's capable of that though. :(
depending on how much weight it will transport and who steep the hills are. u can say that the hills dont matter that much because at any point theyre over and you will recuperate via braking when driving downhill. I´d say if youre below 80kg 70km are of course realistic with an v11.
I did a range test with mine a few days ago. my average speed was about 35 km/h and i got only 30km.. but i have close to 100kg with full eq and the wheel (referring to batteries) already has more than 5000km maybe i will do a 20kmh run and I´ll tell you how far i have come
@@electricunicyclist3040 nice, hopefully it will come in handy to someone. I went for the V12 and loving it. Now only need to put an offroad tire as those wet tree roots are killing me, lol.
@@electricunicyclist3040 yeah, at 35km/h, it eats up battery super quick. I remember going about that speed and when I got out of my neighbourhood (8km'sh), the battery was at 92%. I was like wtf... At 20-25km/h, it will last so much longer around 70-80+km depends on battery age/weight. Another time, I was doing a combination of road/trail ride for 70km and battery was at 28%. My wheel has little over 1000km on it.
I´ve got a totaled ks16x, if u want to buy it i will fix it. but the transport costs will kill the deal I guess. I can also offer u to buy one here for u if u pay and organize the transport to dubai
@@patrickmura9703 I get your pain, cant imagine the hot coal I´d be sitting on if i couldn´t buy one.. my offer stands, if you organize transport to your hometown and pay upfront I´ll buy one for u. were doing a bigger order on the s20 anyway. so probably you may join this order..
