I just bought an 11s and ran it twice. I have a very cluttered home (computer desks, futon, kitchen island, workout station, etc) with hardwood floors, as well as a dog who sheds a TON. This little guy impressed me so much for what I paid. Solid battery life, very quiet (at least compared to a handheld vacuum) and did a great job at picking up hair, dog food, crumbs, etc. Edge cleaning was great too. I’m so far very pleased with it and will update this comment if my view changes in the near future.
My first one broke it's gears (right side brush) after 6 months of use. My replacement 11s broke it's gears (right side brush again) after only 3-4 months. I then ripped it apart and installed better gears, because wow such low quality plastic. It's now running awesome. This will be my last Eufy robot vacuum though, I don't trust the brand at all anymore. Customer support is awesome, but they want you to pay for shipping - And in my case (country to another country) it would cost almost the same as the robot itself (due to dangerous batteries, weight and size of the package). Sorry Eufy/Anker, never again :) I will however still recommend it, if you keep the above in mind. Perhaps they changed their plastic gears by now.
I've used mine once and now it does nothing. The power button stays on red. When I start it, it leaves the dock then immediately stops and turns red again. I can't figure out why.
I’m only getting 10-15 minutes running time and I have to keep moving it from banging into things like the sofas, table legs etc.. Am I doing something wrong?
It definitely sounds like your robot is defective. I would return it for a refund or if you're outside of the return window, contact the manufacturer to get it replaced under warranty.
