Eufy Homebase is Offline and Will Not Connect----Disassembly and Repair 

I gave this a good, but no luck. Cleaned the connections, but they were pretty clean. Good advice though. I am thinking it could have been the latest update that is killing the signal strength

Thanks for posting, I have a later Homebase but will keep your actions in mind as I have had a few occasions of it going offline for no apparent reason.

hahahahaha. I can hear my granpa in heaven laughing at me. Yes you helped. Helped me realize the my ethernet was coming from my computer to the eufy! not from the router to eufy. Goodness. "How many engineers does it take to install Eufy?"

My HomeBase 2 fell from fridge while cleaning and now it’s not turning on at all (no power, no light). I disassembled but I don’t know what to look for? Charging adaptor working fine

I have a homebase 3 with a failing ventilator (after 6 months). I have no idea how to disassemble it, there is no notch anywhere.

I've had 3 Eufy cams for 3 years. 2 out of 3 failed already. Offline is their death. I went through all of the customer service garbage and they said sorry it's over 12 months old😠

Did you notice anything suspicious like a mic in the base station?

People shouldn’t have to do that with the money they spent there junk cameras I’ll never use eufy again I’ve had nothing but problems
