ABOUT THE EUP FOLDER! - I think the issue is, I forgot to mention this on the tutorial. You will need to go into game first and load the EUP menu or make sure Rage Hook has loaded it for you. You might consider creating an outfit as well. Once you leave game the EUP folder should be there now. This ! Is what I call a tutorial ! Thank you, I wish I had saw this vid earlier. I never played GTA V with mods until now, I watched a cuple tutorials before, and I didn't understood why so much npc were missing textures. This is the first one who is adressing the issue.
Awesome video once again! Just an FYI for everyone, if you DO NOT see the EUP folder in plugins folder, you have to run the game and load eup plugin. All i did was load lspdfr, load eupmenu and used it. left the game and the folder was there!
I still find this to be odd though. Because when you dragged the Plugins folder into your main game directory, it literally has the EUP folder there for you, meaning you can open your Grand Theft Auto V > plugins > EUP folder. But you are not the first to mention this, so maybe I am missing something here.

I think I and others would greatly appreciate a tutorial on how to set jurisdictions or areas so we don't have an assorted group of agencies overlapping or changing them for personal amusement. I've had some issues trying to get LSPDFR and callout mods with limited success to spawn with a custom LASD DLC addon.

Sorry Cove, I think you misread the Readme. Clearly it says Commodore 64, goes on the floppy first and then you need to wait the full 1 hour for system bootup! Man you need to learn the Readme better 😂
hi great video i just want to say you left out if u downloading the EUP menu for the first time you have to load in the game and use it so you will have the EUP folder in you plugin folder so u can put your EUP Backup Config file in it

@@BlueLineVibes I tried that too. Reverted to the version 2372, that the Rage program recomanded, and when I enter in game, it quickily exists and the rage plugin says: inssuficient permissions or bad anti-virus. Thank you for answering. You are awesome ^^
@@BlueLineVibes Yea as Nxck said R* updated GTA for some exploits etc and so Script Hook V is outdated and doesnt work. I did try to revert game version with Rage but it kept auto updating when starting R* launcher. Not sure how to fix it but Im just waiting for it to be updated.
@@Bogus1405 Well LSPDFR itself does not require Script Hook. It can be played without it. However, other mods will require it. Should only take a few days for SHV to update.

Wallpaper Engine on Steam. I think it is like $4 or something like that, but its a program that runs in the background. I have not really noticed any frame loss, but the cool thing about this program is the amount of wallpapers that people contribute. Hundreds of them and highly customizable as well.
Hello benzo, i found your channel through Jeff. Been watching you for about 12 hours and i already have made my lspdfr way better than it was. However, i request a tutorial tutorial on how can we add/replace the backup units according to the regions.
I did it for highway patrol.. with ripple's addon pack. I have the sahps patrolling the highways and the backups also respond with the correct uniforms, but i think i messed up something. I only get female officers now. Even for prisoner transport.

This mod include tactical vests? I saw your tutorial about tactical vest from 4 months ago but I cant have mods folder in my GTA epic games because its not loading, so is there any way to have tactical vests without having mod folder?
If you install it without mods folder it can break your game, so I would not recommend that. Mods folder works perfectly fine with Epic Games. You have something else corrupt in there.
I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm following this tutorial and it's crashing on the loading screen. I renamed the mods folder and it loads fine. I retry the process and it crashes again. :(
I would get that answer from Stevethegamer55's RU-vid channel, with over 3.8 million subscribers, pretty sure he has that information for you. Most prefer his answers as I have a tiny RU-vid channel.
Did anybody else have issues trying to drag the Law Order 8.3 oiv file into the OpenIV window? it isn't recognizing that I am doing that, so the install window isn't popping up at all.
1. Make sure the OIV file is on your desktop 2. Turn on Edit mode 3. CLICK INTO OPENIV FIRST (anywhere in the white area, doesn't matter, to activate OpenIV window) 4. Drag into OpenIV 5. Profit

Reinstall EUP Menu, goes into the plugins folder only BUT make sure you have an updated RageNativeUi as explained on the video (goes in main game directory), it is out of date. Personally I like to load the EUP menu in game. Should not crash with an updated RageNativeUI that goes in main game directory.

Hey, the only stupid questions are the ones that are never asked. So.... to be honest, I am not sure lol. But it is a great question to be honest, I have not tried the no caps but with bodycams. I would probably assume that it is exactly as you mentioned they would show with no caps but with body cams etc. I would have to test it out.
I have problem because when I drag EUP law and order to open IV and install this I have "the installation failed" and I don't know what to do. Someone can help me with this pls
Try this: 1.Make sure your GTA 5 is closed first, as some are trying to install mods while the game is open. 2. Makes sure Edit Mode is on 3. Drag the OIV to desktop first 4. In OpenIV go to "Tools" menu at the top, then "Package Installer", then find your OIV on desktop. If that doesn't work, I'm afraid you will need to post on lspdfr.com forums or visit my discord for more help.

Hey so i wanted to ask, does the backup thing fix an issue i’m having? Context: i installed the EUD L&O, S&R, and menu into my game a lil’ bit ago. It was all fine until i started asking for backup. All FBI, EMS, & Fire units would not respond. And at times, i couldn’t even call for backup from local law enforcement units like police and sheriff. And the game would give a pop up saying this backup is not available, please undo the configuration in files or something like that. Will installing and adding in EUD Backup fix this?

You really don't need it to be honest. I never touch it and I don't think it is reliant on the XML but I might be wrong. But I can definitely see the XML in the download github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases

dawg you wont believe what ive been looking for the past few weeks, an EUP 8.3 pack. had no luck with it lol, this is how i learned that it was just a typo.
For EUP uniforms if i download 2 different packs and if they have the same folder name and the same uniform name would thry override eachother or would i just have to change the texture to it
Uninstall the EUP and SUP folder from your DLC packs, just delete them out Reinstall Law and Order and the Serve and Rescue again in that order. Follow the Ultimate Backup config install closely. Sounds like it is feeding off of other uniforms from a previous install or something wasn't installed correctly. For more help visit either our discord (link in description) or visit the EUP discord probably found somewhere on his download page. A bit hard to troubleshoot back and forth over RU-vid comments.
When I install EUP 9.3 after I load up the game My uniforms like nysp, don't load, it loads as the old uniforms like lspd or sheriff uniforms. Any reason why? This is with all packs I install. In Mods folder on OPENIV yes take the wardrobe.ini file take the contents paste in gtav eup folder.
I have downloaded and deleted LSPDFR a lot of times through the years. Now OPENIV has closed. I downloaded it again from a site called "TimeMaching" I think. It's and older version and I think that's the reason that EUP menu doesn't even being installed in. I drag and drop it and nothing happens. Same think with a mod called "Roads Of Europe". Any suggestions?
Nah OpenIV is OpenIV doesn't matter and it should not impact the EUP menu as it is a stand alone plugin that goes in main game directory. I am assuming you replace your RageNativeUi?
Happens to me as well, yes it is this file for some reason. Try a different browser perhaps and see if that helps. I know it is weird that this file does it, I had to switch over to FireFox to download it the other day.
Hey, I'm having some trouble with eup menu. When I downloaded it and went in to game it wasn't opening so I went to my F4 menu and reloaded the plugin. Then it told me I am missing mpgunrunning, mpheist3 and mpheist4 from my dlclist.xml in the pathway "GTAV>update>update.rpf>common>data>dlclist.xml". I checked the pathway and all 3 dlcs had already been there but it said I didn't have them. Also I am able to use some of the eup skins through the police locker but most of them are bugged out and have the wrong pants, wrong shirt, invisible arms etc. I tried redroping the eup menu plugins folder into my main directory but it didn't fix the issue. Just wondering if you knew how to solve any of these issues. Thank you.
Make sure you installed everything to the Mods folder. Sounds like you installed it into the main game directory. For more help visit the discord linked in description.
Guys if u think ur f11 isn't working u might still, have it working my f11 doesn't work but if u go to a police station and go to police locker all the oufits are in there
This is a great tutorial! I have one issue hopefully someone may be able to help me with. My DOA SRT and FIB HRT backup only responds with handguns every single time. If I Call it as code 3 then they will mix in long guns occasionally but its really frustrating to use them as pursuit backup and see all my tactical guys only with small combat pistols. I have edited specialunits.xml and agency_eup.xml and inventory.xml to try and fix this with no luck. I do not have these issues with other SWAT agencies and when I compare them inside the mentioned .xml files there is no difference in how their inventories are coded. I just want my tactical units to respond with long guns as they would in real life
Go to Ultimate Backup folder. Look for Defaultregions.xml open with Notepad++ free on the internet if you don't already have it. Press Left Control + P and type in FBI for example. You will see every area of that document that will spawn with the FBI, or FBI2 for example. Those vehicles are mostly used for FIB or DOA for example. You should see below that code toward the bottom section of the FBI units, the guns that they may be responding with. Most Code 2 backup will typically respond with WEAPON_COMBATPISTOL and most heavier divisions like SWAT team will respond in a RIOT vehicle and you will also notice that they will have the Combat pistol as well and below that, they will have LongGuns labeled at WEAPON_CARBINERIFLE and maybe a WEAPON_PUMPSHOTGUN FYI: If it is not under DefaultRegions.xml it may be under CustomRegions.xml but pretty sure it is under DefaultRegions. I install the Law and Order one and everything but when I get in game it tells me "EUP menu cant be used becasue Law and order is not installed." Idk what its doing but I have installed it several times now.

All my uniforms are random and all breaked, can I remove all of this. Cuz I can't put normal uniforms, all the uniforms has random uniform and random accesories. I really need help to remove them or do something because I can't put my normal uniform ever again.

Hi, this is a great video however until the stage where you say to install ultimate backup, i go to the site and click the download link at the bottom and it redirects me to an invalid website. it wont download anything and the site is full of pop ups if i disable adblock. will the backup work if i dont have ultimate backup because i use the default lspdfr backup pls help. edit: nvm i found an alternate website:) thanks man everything worked out!
Hello. Since I installed Backup Configuration, almost always female patrol arrives. I would say this happens 9 out of 10 times. Where I can change something, to see more often a male patrols?
The only place I can think of would be two places. Ultimate Backup folder > DefaultRegions.xml and the CustomRegions.xml (Search for Female) - The Prison Pickup can also be changed to male only in the StopThePed.ini // The ped models used for transport officer

Can you help me with this problem? When I download the Law and order file it downloads while displaying an Internet ''icon''(Instead of a blank paper icon as is shown in your video) emblem. Also when I put it inside OpenIV it will not ask me to install it rather nothing happen actually?
See if this works. Turn on Edit mode, go to the top menu of OpenIV and look for a tab called Tools > Package installer and find where you downloaded it to and click on it then Open file that way. If that doesn't work, I would post in the EUP discord.

hey bro, if u downloading the EUP menu for the first time you have to load in the game and use it so you will have the EUP folder in you plugin folder so u can put your EUP Backup Config file in it. (first check in your setting of ragepluginhook, if the EUP is vinked on)
For some reason everytime I try to open Eup menu it crashes, same with first response. I tried redownloading rage native ui & EUP again & nothing has worked. It was working fine last night with mods, but today it just keeps giving me trouble, any tips?
Not really, shouldn't be crashing on you with the latest RageNativeUi released in Feb I think. Unless you have something that is corrupt in your wardrobe, presetoutfits, or characters for example. Best to take out the entire DLC for EUP and SUP and start over again.
I have a quick question, when you to like a Vehicle check or per check, my character doesn’t talk into his radio. The radio is on his chest but he’s using his shoulder, is there a way to change that?
