Penalties for any kind of excessive outbursts should be more severe. First outburst - no warning, loss of point. Second outburst - loss of game. Third outburst - match forfeit 0-4
he's not... he's doing it on purpose cuz maze has really powerful hard topspin. but if u ever reach that level, it's not easy to hit hard topspin vs soft low-spin balls. then he occasionally hits a fast one so it goes in easier.
Li Ping is kinda boss. He looks uninterested, unmotivated, moves slowly and rigidly, yet beating Maze 3-0. Maybe because he is a practice machine back in China?
Maze clearly is restricted by his injury. Every time the ball goes wide to his forehand he just can't move towards the ball because his body won't let him... It's sad too see him struggle against his 'glass' body.
impressive, li ping is one of these superliga-players, which are not good enough for the chinese nationalteam and for important international tournaments. but its obvious, that the european topclass like maze and mattenet, is not a real rival for him. probably only boll could beat him here in europe. and maybe ovtcharov or samsonov in good form.
don't think this little outburst is this terrible. every action a common football player does without getting a yellow card is worser than this. he didn't slap li in the face, he just throws his own racket. the problem is that he is without concentration after this and donates li ping the following point and this shouldn't happen to a pro but they are humans after all, except the chinese, they are just machines
Am I the only one that sees that this match wasn't a world class level? Slow, lots of mistakes, no footwork from both players... I only judge points quality and it's pretty low considering those guys
how can butterfly still sponsor a player like maze. his attitude and habits show no discipline at all. Its clearly not the first time he threw his blade on the floor or the table. He should blame it on his poor footwork and skills, not the blade.
