Matt my good friend, great catch of a rotor wing for troop transport & ground support, in America, our largest is called a chinook( front & rear horizontal rotors) , rough ride as a good friend of mine had flown in one , but he was a gunner on one of our assault copters. Have you ever seen the apaches or cobras ?, he wore a special helmet that read the retina/ eye direction thru a specialized face shield & whatever you wanted to fire at, the gun pointed at what you are looking at & you fire, very accurate he says. In America, you have to obtain your fixed wing license before you can even start lessons on a rotor wing per the FAA, military is exempt from that regulation. God bless you & yours from me & mine, stay safe brother., btw, he was a door gunner on our all purpose huey rotor wing, M-60 machine gun, served in afghanistan
