At the concluction of our journey on the Orient Express, we checked into the Hotel Raphael in the 16th Arrondissement of Paris. From there, we visit the Arc de Triomphe and call it a day!

Ooh la la! I studied French using the Pimsleur app for a couple of months beforehand. I asked the waiter for the check and told him I was going to use a credit card, all in French. He grinned back at me and said “Tres magnifique”

We will be sailing on the Nile river in Sept., but on a small vessel. The big ship cruise will wait until Dec. Miami to Lima via the Panama Canal on Silverseas.

The Hotel Raphael looks nice. Paris hotel rates have really gone crazy since the pandemic. In the past we've stayed at both the Meurice and the Plaza Athenee, but looking at your video we'd certainly consider the Raphael next time we're in Paris. I'm curious to hear what dinner at Le Taillevent is like in your next episode.

A little. We will be doing more land stuff this (next ) year, but will end the year with a Panama Canal cruise on Silverseas.

That was the DJI Pocket 2. The 360 allows me to re-frame after the fact, but I am not sure which picture quality I like better.
