Unless the target has radar, odds are it's because your shooting. Even if the target is outside of the shooting penalty range, a competent captain will know to shoot between the sources of incoming fire. It's not as easy to aim without seeing the ship, but it's doable, especially at short range.

No that is cause most DDs just rush forward right away and either get gunned down or eat a face full of torps

A lot of DDs are kind of stupid and camp in smoke and get torpedoed.

@@ZaydinTTV Or main battery from other ships firing 'blind' into the smoke. Generally the DD in smoke is firing and you can see exactly where the shells originate from; aim there and kill them and get called a hacker lol. Only thing most DD players don't know is if you're in smoke, and fire AA that AA fire is coming from allllll over the smoke area, so you cannot pinpoint where it's originating from like normal shelling.

Smoke is still useful in a DD duel, especially if the enemy DD has opened fire and you haven't. Usually they remain spotted so you can get a few salvos in on them before exiting the smoke.

Polish line can be sub branch from T6 to T10 - T6 Garland (Gallant brother), T7 Grom (Błyskawica brother), T8 Piorun (Orkan brothers) T9 Wicher (same as Siliwangi), T10 Warszawa ( better version of Neustrashimy) .

Good news, Wargaming announced two months ago in Developers Blog Spanish Cruiser Canarias and the Spanish tech tree, but is in progress, it's not complete.

Go the exterior, then flags, scroll at the bottom at Naval Flags. It should be there.

Halland when fully specced for conceal will have it's detection radius go down to 6km, and that's before camouflage was added. What're you talking about?

@@tosyl_chloride That's a top tier. All the lower tier ones that are pushing 7km with camo, granted my captain is still gaining skills so consealment skill is next for me to add. Even at 6km other DDs with the same skills and camo will put stealth you, so I don't get why they keep calling it "good/high concealment". It's actually sub par for DDs.

@@prisuners6275 No it's not, It's among the worst. Gain the other tress giving the same skills and upgrades to increase concealment ca have better concealment by almost a km.

What? The tier 9 Östergötland is really strong and Halland is even stronger. The torps are damn missiles. Ive had extremely good games with the tier 9 its one of my favorite DD's at the moment in not in a hurry to even get the tier 10.

EU DDs actually have pretty good AA for a DD. Skane has a rating of 52; the closest runner up for AA out of a DD at tier 7 is the Sims at 44. The Mahan in its 'AA' configuration C hull only has a rating of 29. At tier 8, the Oland has an AA rating of 53; a C hull Benson is at 46. The Halland has an AA rating of like 85. The Gearing has an AA rating of 52. The Grozovoi has a rating of 58.

@@ZaydinTTV their AA is better than other DDs, but is still far from being enough to keep them safe.

@@ZaydinTTV Yes i have, got Halland last week. The AA is enough to mess with bad CV players and maybe some T8 CVs, but good CV players can still strike you. Few times now i had enemy CV going through DF+sector (and BFT for commander skill) and taking 10k hits while losing only a couple planes. Halland has the downside of being a very large DD. Another point is tat the AA mounts are very fragile, a few HE hits and your AA becomes just as "good" as any other DD.
