It all looks so banal these days. Or should that be de regeur! HS2 is going to have to be something special to capture imaginations. If the London terminal is really going to be Old Oak Common I don't think its going to be much of a success. I live in Glasgow. I would always fly to London anyway, Old Oak Common or Euston, and I love railways. I'd think that's a concern. Thanks for the video. More power to your elbow!

Many thanks and I totally agree....OOC is too far out of central London and has no real connection to anywhere...as for HS2 to Bham, how do passengers from the continent get to OOC ? It all seems under thought to me unless I have missed out on some aspect of it all. Do they have plans for running direct services from Paris, Brussels to OOC instead of SP....Anyhow time will tell and my sincere regards to you....Mark

@@spompey Even if Euston trains are decelerated from Birmingham New Street and take, say, 40 minutes longer than trains between Curzon Street and Old Oak Common, I think many people would still stick with Euston - especially if a premium fare is charged on HS2. Yes, time will tell. Thanks!

@@andrewmcilwraith1997 Yes I forgot to mention that, the massive premium fare....Many thanks once again...Mark
