My favorite news blooper was when one guy was reporting about a man that was a wife beater, but he called the assailant an eggbeater. Everyone started laughing and he got so angry because he see what was so funny about a wife beater. They had to take him off screen to tell him why. I about pee’d my pants.😂😂😂

On my great aunt Norma's 98th birthday my sister and my other aunt and my mom took her down to one of her local watering holes for a couple of drinks. When she asked the bartender for a free drink because it was her birthday the bartender asked her how old she was, my aunt said that she was 90, my mom blurted out "your 98" my aunt did not talk to her for a year!

That little trophy is The Ashes Trophy. It’s a huge deal in a running competition between UK and Australia. They always take those pics emphasizing how tiny the trophy is, but it’s just about a big a deal as an Olympic medal.

the blooper with the cat happened not far from where I live lol, I love that the reporter chose to clarify this was not the "big cat" they were talking about 😹 hopefully somebody adopted the little guy! cougars are rare here but occasionally they travel beyond their territory, we had one wash up with a hurricane one year when I was a little kid & it was roaming the woods for a few weeks before it was safely relocated

At 8:20, that was a building being demolished on purpose. That's why people were standing there watching. The film crew was trying to film it, but the bus got in the way. Americans are experts at building, then destroying buildings.

One of the funniest bloopers I have seen is the one where a host on TV is doing a show and tell about a snake and a lizard jumps on him.

The funniest news blooper was out of Dallas when the News anchor had a guest on from the zoo. The guy brought amphibians, and one was a lizard of some kind. It jumped on the News guy, and the guy nearly had a coronary live on TV. For some reason, he was never on TV again... i think he ended up on a news station out west somewhere...didnt stay there for long either.

12:17 this reminds me of a time in middle school when the sidewalk was covered in ice and me and the other kids at the bus stop were sliding around. I was the only one not to fall right until the moment the school bus came then I fell on my butt in front of everybody😂

lol! Something similar happened to my sister when we were teenagers. We were riding a CTA bus (Chicago) when the bus came to our stop. We were exiting from the small side door in the back. The door was stuck--so she pushed on it extra hard. It suddenly flew open--and she FLEW out--landing face down on the sidewalk. She was wearing a billowy skirt, and it blew up over her head, exposing her whole backside and underpants. She froze momentarily, and it was quite a show for the public. I couldn't help it. I laughed hysterically....she was very angry with me for some time---for laughing. I didn't want to---but you had to be there. She was not hurt by the way--just humiliated. I had sympathy for her embarrassment of course---but nevertheless the laughter erupted because it looked like a spontaneous comedy sketch straight out of a movie.

None of these can top KTVU's Asiana pilot name screw up. That was so epic it cost 4 producers their jobs. Of course the government investigated themselves for their role in confirming the names and blamed a part time intern.

The alligator was from Boston, about an hour and a half south of me. I knew the runner in the snow was going to fall as I saw the ice patch that she hit. Well done WBZ, you made two appearances in this video.

7:53 That one was CLASSIC. The Weather Chanel set up a camera to catch the demolition of the old Georgia Dome. Hours earlier. Then, live on TV, as it starts to blow up, the MARTA (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) bus pulls up and stops. That is just so Atlanta. 🤣
