TURKEY

Eastern european maybe, but not Baltic countries, becouse we usually give one another 8,7,6,5,4,3 points, and the Balkan countries usually gives their neighbours twelves. For example in this year's contest Lithuania got 4 from Latvia and 3 from Estonia. Estonia got 8 from Latvia and 8 from Lithuania. This I think is quite fair. Different situation is in Balcan countries, there was no year than a Balkan country didin't gave 12 points to another Balkan country.

I think Portugal made a good decision too not go in 2013 on a entreview they were saying Portugal needs fresh ideas and I hope my country comes back in 2014 with a smashing song!!
