Hey could you please explain why. I always thought that there was 5 countries that were culturally Scandinavian which are Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland. And I was taught that geographically, Norway, Sweden and Denmark were Scandinavian; however, if Finland is not part of the Scandinavian peninsula, then how is Denmark? Please help me understand😂
@@josilijo6137 Scandinavia is related to the germanic people originating in the region of "Scania". According to the locals composed of: Sweden, Danemark and Norway. It is strongly related to the language and culture which must be of germanic origin. English speakers often count Finland as Scandinavia but because of its non germanic language other Nordic Countries struggle with the idea. It is less a geographic notion, rather a cultural and languistic one.
@@josilijo6137 Scandinavians are Danes, Swedes and Norwegians, The germanic languages originated in Jutland, modern day Denmark, even historically Denmark was the progenitor of the scandinavian countries so yes Denmark is scandinavian. Finland is not scandinavian instead, their language is not even germanic but finno-ugric. Of Course Finns are northern europeans but not scandinavians.
Romania could have been good but her voice was weak and unclear, the staging and camera angles were a mess, and the choreo was underwhelming compared to the music video. It was a deserved NQ unfortunately.
