#korean #korea #kpop #ichillin #türkiye #france #germany How does Turkish sound to non- turkish speakers? Today we put this on the test! Also make sure to follow ICHILLIN' / @ichillin
Fun fact: ''Sunflower'' in Turkish is actually ''Moonflower'', and in East Thracian dialect we call it ''Gündöndü'', this isn't the direct translation but it gives the meaning ''it turns toward the sun'', I find it quite interesting.
2 месяца назад
"Günebakan" as well which can be literally translated to "sun gazer" or "sun looker". As we know, sunflower turns as the sun moves across the sky during the whole day.
@ never heard of günebakan before, in which region do they call it that way, you recall?

@@MIKRASIATISSA It's actually common all around the country, including Trachia, which serves as the main base for this beautiful flower. You can hear this word everywhere, from people in the middle, south, north, southeast, and beyond. But for sure, "ayçiçeği" has dominantly outclassed it nowadays.
00:10 i think she is saying "Aşko" and it doesn't mean "we are friends" like she said. It's like saying Love in a teenage girl way. It's a teenage girl word like slayy but we say love or my love
'Afyonkarahisarlılaştıramadıklarımızdan mısınız?' can be translated as 'Are you one of those people whom we tried unsuccesfully to make a citizen of Afyonkarahisar?'. It's known as the longest wordt in Turkish, but it doesn't really make too much sense 😁
@@imhotepwu4329it is not nonsense. It has a meaning but it is something that you won't use it ever in your life except in occasions like in the video or we use it as an extreme example of adding property in Turkish.
When she says "most people can't read it" to "Afyonkarahisarlılaştıramadıklarımızdan mısınz" and she can't read it either lol she misses a "-lı" there when she reads it 😂
that -lı suffix makes the "person from" bit so without it the meaning is "Are you one of those who we weren't able to make Afyonkarahisar" instead of "Are you one of those who we weren't able to make an Afyonkarahisar person"
@@ozthewizard504 beni de en sağdaki arkadaş kanser etti. Afyon kara diyor devamına rastgele birseyler koyuyor Afyon karahaşmet ne abi ? Afyonkara devamı ne olabilir? Buradaki Türk arkadaşlar almancı falan galiba
bir gün herkese aşko demeyi öğreteceğim… heheh 🫶🏻 Elita’yla çok eğlendik bu videoyu çekerken, hala şaşkınım bilmesine iyi anladı😆 Elita’yı da bolca destekleyin lütfen✨ I hope you all enjoy the video! we had so much fun filming it~
Jackie making up random sounds when she forgets how the rest of the word is pronounced is killing me 🤣 and E.ji is just so precious giving her absolute best to keep it correct 🥰 love too see my ichillin' babies doing this kind of random content, and all the other girls in the video are so sweet, funny and kind 🤗 i loved it, it's just a great video
Turkish is a tactical language. On horseback, long attachments can be brought to the point of quick agreement. 3 sentences of meaning can be produced with the components of a word. He has the military qualification to speak quickly
@@Lampchuanungang Thats right. It's actually very simple if you understand the logic behind it. Some say Turkish is like math. You can express yourself easily and quickly by adding or removing suffixes to words. This allows you to explain things that would take a paragraph in another language in a few words. It's quite practical.
Thank you so much for having ICHILLIN', the hand mimicry was so cute!! And the blahblahblah from E.JI was histerical, I laughed way harder than I should have
Omg it was so fun!!! I laughed so hard. These girls are adorable and they tried their best!!! Turkish is not an easy language and they did very well :,) I enjoyed so much as a turkish Thank you
This was such a fun concept to try and I'm happy to see so many positive responses ❤ I'm sorry if I butchered some words, but I tried my best and it showed me I really need to learn more Turkish words from now on ! Ichillin' were also super nice and I hope I'll be able to meet them again in the future. Teşekkür Ederim 🥰 - Mary, the French Girl in the video

I’m the new Turkish girl in this video 🤍 hopefully you will see me more often from now on ^^
I loved the video, Turkish was difficult for the German, American girl, now for the Korean and Japanese girl, Turkish was great. Turkish becomes difficult when the words become as long as spoken sentences, like in German, Hungarian and Finnish, then it really becomes difficult, but Turkish actually has good accessibility for learning. Cool video kissing all the girls, it was funny and they got a lot of the sentences right even when they forgot, and it's a good language that encourages you to learn more. 🤗🏵️🏵️😘😘🎵🎶💜💋🌹🌎🌍😊🍾😉💙
I dont think this is difficult since Turkish has a phonetic alphabet, once you learn the alphabet speaking becomes very easy. I think some subjects in English are more difficult (and phonetics problem), it is difficult to understand detailed things '''immediately'''. But I experience this difficulty less in German.
i think my favorite part was when they said “aşko". i didn’t expect them to say aşko ahhahaahhs even the translation was so good "we are friends" i laughed so hard thank you 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Turkish is agglutinative meaning that you add suffixes to the root word. Words like Afyonkarahisarlılaştıramadıklarımızdan mısınız are possible but not probable.
normalde bu tarz videolar yapmacık ve sırf türklerden prim kasmak için yapılıyormuş gibi geldiği için izlemem ama bu güzel bi konseptti ya kulaktan kulağa oynar gibi cümlenin her seferinde değiştiğini görmek keyifliydi
Ayçiçeği is actually "Ay" (Moon) and "Çiçeği" (Flower) .. But technically, we Turks call it Moonflowers but rest of the world call it Sunflowers.. I dont know why.. Because Ay means Moon in Turkish :))
That Korean girls are absolute beautiful, cannot comment without especially mentioning them. Off course the other girls are beautiful, too.^^ Its amazing funny as a Turk how the words are going to be invented completely new.^^ 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 But all their pronunciations are really good. Go further girls.^^
