@@in_wino_veritas Some of the preselection choices were really strange, e.g. not shortlisting "Kocham" by Ramona Rey (she confirmed she had submitted the song, it was well liked by the people, and would had been the only song in Polish - but she have never heard from the selecting committee nor was even informed who the committee was or what criteria were used to judge the submitted songs), but at the same time including Ahlena with "Booty" - a song about buttocks with prominent cursing in the chorus (she was made to skip the bitches in the "all these bitches hate me, hate me, hate me" in the live version). Still, there were some songs and performances that were fine - Alicja, Dominik, Felivers were fine. Natasza somewhat botched her performance, but she is a well-known and seasoned life performer, so even picking her would be a guarantee for a professional job in Liverpool. Jann was the extraordinary one, with a top10 potential (although his act was not perfect either). Picking any of them would be an ok-ish choice and would avoid the disaster Blanka's choice is. But any of the other performers would had been a better choice than a chick that has zero singing and dancing skills, but is a spoiled rich brat with connections in the public broadcaster.

@@petru196 true, not really the trashiest song in this competition, not really bad vocals, maybe a little bit of a lackluster performance and there's the title, how can you say, you wanna be bad or bad and cool, instead of just saying you wanna be bad or cool, I think, these lyrics feel a little bit weird to me. Maybe something got lost in translation and there's a term in Romanian that refers to someone being bad, but in a cool way, I don't know. But this sounds a little bit odd and might be the reason why it got nominated. Definitely not the worst song in this selection, they should have selected either the song that became 2nd or another tune that finished very low, can't remember their names, both belong into the folk category.

I thought, it was Gladiator by Jann. Terrible vocals (also bad pronunciation) and he tries to compensate his lack of musical talent with erotic dancing, although his moves don't even look sexy (and he's also not dancing to the beat), he's probably one of those guys who think they can sing and they're attractive, though they're neither of them. That alone should bring him onto this list, lol. And he performed right before Blanka, who then sounded good by comparison. So maybe he's indirectly also the reason why she won, lol, had she performed after a good vocalist, she definitely couldn't have pulled it off.
