I think there's a difference between a one trick and a main Riven. I would strongly argue that Alois is not a one trick. The dude pretty much hit masters on every top lane champion there is.

The fact that riven even struggles a tiny bit to kill a 0/6/0 ksante, down 4 kills, 60cs 2 levels and an item says a lot about Riot buffing him…

Alois is definitely top 5 riven in the world, at best I’d put him second to built which is no takeaway for how cracked he is

Beautiful game, alois and azzapp have great synergy. Very smart and talented players. Azzapp's angles under pressure are perfect, that whole sequence when he killed Tarzan, got neeko zhonya, and then the pick on Kalista under tower were insane. Those early laning plays from Alois buying time for his jungler and the flash play in the cove were clutch moments. And of course the game turning fight azzapp baited and Alois followed up perfectly on with the neeko ult cancel and tanking and putting out huge damage with the perfect teamfight build.

He is complaining that the gameplay is slow, we are literally watching a vod of a S1 champion vs a S12 champion. Btw Riven with like 3kills and all waves 2 items 1 lvl up was about to lose 1v1 to 0/4 Ksante with 1 item

idk is it just me or he doesnt even seem like a riven main? he seems like a really good player who started playing riven, but doesnt have those 0.1% mechanics

You are right mid beans. Her mechanics is like riding a bike, even i can fast combo pretty damn fast on moving objects and hop over the biggest walls possibly but idk how to end a game or predict junglerr

I stopped playing in 2015 and at that time riven with a 3-0 lead and full item lead meant gg. I started looking at lol vids again and it’s crazy to think a 3-0 riven can’t solo an 0-4 kisante 😂😂😂 lol has changed so much

They should just have global voice chat inherently, throughout ever elo and every game. I don't need mommy overseer protecting me from toxicity, that excuse is so weak and the league community is all a bunch of babies because of it

I would argue voice chat makes the game worse, people have only so much focus and Brain power they can use at once. If you rely on comms you will play with less intensity and focus. Meaning it could easily be a nerf for some players and buff for players that already tunnel vision and need call outs.

when i see riven, it's remind me " BestrivenNA" the true carry was thresh he made the difference and carried his top laner 31:28 yeah for sure because he is gadam lvl 18 and Ksante is lvl15 "lol"

saying alois is best riven when he doesnt even w cancel when shenshen does it daily is WILD, alois is like the saitama of riven, that wenshen or shenshen idk his name freak is like the mr beast of riven

Imo there are 3 Rivens who are all worth mentioning: 1. Wenshen: the best at piloting Riven, mechanically 2. Azhy: has the best understanding of Riven as a champion, evident by his optimised rune and item choices given any situation (both enemy lane and enemy team) as well as how he approaches skirmishes and fights which absolutely get the most out of Riven in terms of consistency 3. Alois: most certainly not the "best Riven" (I consider the other two better) but _the best player_ who plays Riven. You can tell that he played in the pro scene as he definitely has the best macro (general understanding of game states/what's going on, decision making etc) out of these Top3 Riven mains. I also doubt it's a coincidence that he prefers tp while the other two prefer ignite

Riven loses all ins nowadays that's why he plays so slowly and the people that you can kill in one rotation can either kite you or they see you coming

just add voice chat people tend to flame by texting but when you actually speak to them they wont. When i play ranked i allways put a ranked discord in and playing with a 5 stack solo queue is just so much easier to call something. Like would it even be possible to play eg csgo without voicechat 😅

If we are talking about riven mechanics, he gets out claased by so many riven mains in CN and KR server. What make him stands out is his extraordinary discipline. He doesnt get cocky when hes ahead, he only make plays that would benefit the most.
