depends how much you pedal and what terrain--it varies greatly but has good range over all--i do not like the thing--made for short people - if your over 5 ' 5" pedaling this thing is tough===a smooth dirt road its ok--if any ruts it wants to kick yor ass-i am 6'2" ---way too small for me--if i sit back it wants to do a wheelie because it has good power--no way if over 5' 5" buy this bike
UG UGLY Frame. Shame all those good parts on a frame that looks like it was a prototype. They need to hire a design firm to make a something good looking.
Honestly the reason I bought this ebike was because I felt it could do both. So far I have not been disappointed. I will say for anyone who thinks they can buy this and use it kind of like a dirt bike, please look at an actual dirt bike. These a great for some off road exploring and can definitely get you around a dirt trail or path, but it is not a dirt bike.
I bought this E-bike a month ago. Here's a few things you should know if you decide to get one: 1) The petals that come with this bike don't have enough grip (in my opinion) so if you can, swap them out for better petals with better grip. Sometimes when I ride, I can feel my feet slipping off. Not good when you're doing high speeds 2) This bike is HEAVY! Even without the battery. If you have stairs or steps to go up, you better invest in some kind of ramp. But if you plan to keep it in a garage or storage shed, then you're good. 3) Unless you're a body builder, you're going to need help lifting it upon a bike rack for vehicles because as I said, this bad boy is heavy. Especially taking it down Performance is great and it rides and handles great. Torque is amazing. It will get away from you but in a fun way lol. I will add that I had to get used to the seat at 1st because it kind of hurt my back but after 1 week of riding I was fine. I discovered that adjusting my handlebars forward (away from me) I wouldn't feel so cramped, and my arms would stretch out more and my back wouldn't hurt. It's a GREAT bike and it's certainly a conversation starter when people see it. Make sure you check out your E-bike laws before purchase because some states require a tag if a class 3 bike exceeds 28 MPH and obviously this bike easily exceeds that limit. Hope this helps you. Always remember, you can be the safest rider on the road but it's the other idiots you have to worry about - Be safe!! - One more thing, you're going to need at least 1 mirror. With a seat this narrow, you can't turn around to see what is behind you
@kalislahren I am only 5 ft 6. This is a pretty big and tall bike. There's a guy called "Tail happy" and he does Ebike reviews, He reviewed this bike, and he's 6 ft 2. His video gives you a pretty good idea of what it's like for tall people to ride this bike and others. He made 2 videos on this particular bike

I have this bike and commute to work 11 miles each way on paved roads. It is fantastic. Great power & speed, good handling. I agree that turn signals are needed on a bike this capable.
Got this bike a few weeks ago and it has been fantastic so far. Mine shipped with the 25Ah battery but still has the Logan branded brakes as yours does. Its a speed demon on pavement, but I haven't been brave enough to take it at higher speeds on some of our gravel/clay dirt roads. It handles roads, dirt, even grass well, though. I only have two minor complaints. The rear shock is a little on the soft side with no adjustability for a bigger person, and you touched on the other that PAS1 isn't slow enough. Would be nice if the lowest PAS got down to around 7-8 mph. Once I get some miles on it I might see what my shock options are for this roughly 200mm rear shock. No other negatives in my first 100 miles.

Ordinary person, have been using mine for a few weeks. I have ridden a few others (released at least 2 years or more ago and cost 2X as much) this is a GREAT deal. Pro's: easy to pedal with no assist, Cheap, fast, battery lasts. Cons, seat sucks ( I'm a bigger guy, and smaller people will possibly think it's okay) extra seat holes dont line up but have to modify. I would not hesitate to recommend it to people looking to test the water for a cheaper price.
I almost bought one of these but their support is SUPER sketchy. Almost no replacement parts listed for sale and one of their service reps sent me private customer transcripts without the other user's consent to prove a point. Can't trust them at all now.
@@ElectricBikeReport appreciate the reply. I intended to ride on the rear seat and have my son ride on the front and pedal. I would need a place to rest my feet while he's pedaling... no option for that?
I have this bike and I was messing with the programing but now I can't get the bike to power at all do you guys know how to rest it. I have trying email the manufacturer as well any tips will be helpful.
Honest review: 1. 32+ is a big lie!!! The bike is set on 24” wheel so shows 34mph but any speedometer shows 28mph, and when you set the display on 20” tire it shows the true max speed that is 28mph. I contacted them and did whatever they said to increase the max speed but it doesn’t go any faster than 27-28mph. 2. Weak battery (every 2.5 miles consumes 15% of the battery), resulting in a maximum range of just 15 miles on a fully charged battery. 3. Lengthy battery charging time (10-12 hours). 4. Significant lag (delay) in the Pedal Assist System (PAS) more than 1 sec! 5. Rear wheel shakes noticeably above 20 mph, causing instability at the rear of the bike.
Can you guys do a review on the YYG B100? I've been looking into getting my 1st ebike and I'm stuck between this EUYBIKE s4 and the YYG B100 both seem solid

it is made for somebody not over 5'5" tall if you pedal at all--i am 6'2" and it is horrible to pedal= if you sit back on the seat it wants to do a wheelie because it has excellent power--i am giving mine to a friends daughter that is 5'4" 120 lbs--great bike for her
Just got mine yesterday. it charged once and now when I charged it it’s showing on the battery that it’s charged. but on the screen it’s showing 1%. I don’t know if I wanna push it to 0% or if the screen is bugging but idk I need help please
LCD said i got up to 32mph on downhill gravel road and 29 mph flat pavement. My manual says the computer can be adjusted to limit the top speed. PAS can be changed also, so it says. It pedals ok with no battery power. But not fun.

I added the one piece seat and it really does help. I spent my time before sitting in the crack between seats. I haven't put a lot of miles on the new seat yet, though. It would be nice if someone came out with a rack that could attach to the threaded holes in the side of the frame seat supports so it could be used with the much longer seat.
@@dethray1000 the parameter settings on the display unit of the bike. There are 16 parameters you can change and I'd like to know the default ones so I can restore them.
What about the company? Where are they located? Do they have a US presence? US warehouse? What about support? What do they offer? With all these new bike companies, reviews, though welcome, aren't enough.
It's a review for a product, not a description of the manufacturer. Who would buy a product based on a single data point (this video)? Do your own research too.
I hate the seat. Needs to be one long piece. Dumb design. Put rack behind the long seat. The crack sucks! Bought mine this week for $1,350 delivered. Rode it 21 miles the day I got it, up and down gravel hilly roads. I am 168lb. It came with 25ah battery. Battery level lites said 5 of 5 on it, but the LCD said 67% charged. I rode it 21 miles on ~90% battery only and parked it with 4% power according to LCD, but 2 bars (of 5) according to battery level lites. What's up with this? The lites on the battery itself.
FWIW Voltage readings are a more accurate indicator of state of charge than what the bike charge indicator is showing. There are charts on the net that show state of charge for 48 volt (etc) batteries by voltage.
💯 I noticed the reviewer in this video mention being “legal“ more than a few times, probably just so they can cover themselves in any potential lawsuit etc. But for everybody buying these things in California, we don’t have to worry about many laws, as our state is quite lawless these days and you can pretty much do whatever you want without fear of any punishment.
@@ivynbean i’d like some aspects of it like not getting a ticket when I run a red light or speed, but I don’t like the aspects of having my head on a swivel to be held at gunpoint or cracked in their dome with a brick for my Watch/Wallet. Also don’t like the fact of the catalytic converters being stolen off my car and costing me thousands of dollars. If you are a criminal, the best time to make your money is right now in California
