EV battery production in Hungary grows thanks to large-scale Korean investment 

As its first large-scale overseas investment project, the South Korean-based company, W-Scope is devoting 720 million euro over the next three years towards the development of the world’s largest high-speed separator plant in Nyíregyháza.
Producing, on a world-record scale, the core materials needed for the production of EV batteries, the facility will also facilitate the creation of up to 1,200 jobs.
