Groundbreaking marks next phase of implementation of battery supplier W-Scope's plant 

Celebrating the foundation stone-laying of its lithium-ion-battery separator plant in Nyíregyháza, Korean-owned W-Scope Hungary has begun its building phase.
Their investment, worth 720 million euro, is set to boost the competitiveness of the company in the rapidly developing EV market, with the number of new workplaces totaling up to 1,200, and mass-scale production scheduled to start in 2025.
