Thanks, that was a great video. I really like the HUD effect that they have on the overview. Food is good, plus there are also snacks available at the rear of the aircraft during the flight along with Earplugs, toothbrushes and eyeshades.
Thanks for the video. I’m flying Eva economy LAX to Chiangmai next month. I looked at a couple of videos to see how much carryon was allowed. I plan on my carryon being close but under 7 kilos and a small backpack. I plan on bringing 5 lithium batteries used in power tools but I’ll carry them either in my pocket or in the pocket of my Winter overcoat. What was your experience at both check in and at the gate with regards to their checking baggage weight? I had a bad experience traveling on Qatar airlines last October, Bangkok to Dallas, and they were checking the weight of both the carryon and backpack.
@@impulsestudios9090 Better than expected. At check in, the EVA agent asked if I wanted to check in my carry on as a 3rd checked bag at no charge. I’m used to having bags weighed and strict limits applied. I’d fly EVA again in economy

Yes, indeed. The airline gives you the option to pre-order your favorite food listed for free, or you can opt for the general menu during the flight. Kind.regards. ✈️

The only good thing about EVA economy on a B777-ER, is that EVA has the 3-3-3 seat configuration, so it's not as cramped as the 3-4-3 seat configuration on other airlines like ANA.
Are there any difficulties transiting in Taipei? Like do you have to get tested, download their app, etc. I used to fly Eva air before the pandemic (2019) and since early this year, I've been flying Singapore Airlines.

I love Eva air! Im a gold member so I always get an exit row window seat free of charge. I used to fly Eva Premium Economy, but they are overpriced as of now.

Funny you say that, I agree, the PE product is now way overpriced which is a real shame. The PE Cabin feels quite exclusive, but as the baggage allowance is now the same as Econ on many routes, there's not as much value in it.

Honest review. I just flew from LAX to TPE and the flight was meh. Here are my thoughts: mediocre food, horrible movie and TV show selection, charging port is incredibly weak and can't use while charging as it will actually lose power while plugged in,, leg room is mediocre, bathrooms are filthy and toiletries not refilled, frequency of drinks service is infrequent. But I'm just glad I got here in one piece. 😊
