I'm sorry but you seem to be unaware of the severity of this situation. Both the heatwave and wildfires are red flag indicator of underground tectonic plate activity. Friction between tectonic plates generates heat and electromagnetic pulses. It also releases dangerous methane gas from deep underground deposits. Furthermore, this is all a precursor to major fault line ruptures from the New Madrid in the East Coast to the San Andreas in the West Coast. Your government knows what is coming but they refuse to evacuate or warn their citizens!

If you're such an expert about firefighters then what's your experience with battling wildfires, and what's your credentials, ummm? What you've written is insulting to ALL types of firefighters because, even those who normally are assigned to work in a metropolitan area know that even a seasoned firefighter, aka a firefighter with 5 or more years of active experience, can and has become suddenly trapped and/or overtaken by toxic/harmful smoke/gases which can be, and has way to many times become fatal/deadly. In addition, your seemingly ignorance to these facts is quite apparent by your remark. I can now think of 2 very horrific as well as deadly unforeseen wildfire events which occurred in 2 different states within our country's national forests/parks that even made international news headlines. Also, BOTH of these teams of firefighters were very experienced, and battling a wildfire that was behaving wildly because of the gusty strong winds, thus they were having to keep on changing their battle plan as well as moving often to try to avoid the rapidly expanding flames. Also, even though they were in communication via a radio with a team member at a lookout spot to help guide them, BOTH of these teams in Colorado and in Southern California ended up, unfortunately, getting very quickly completely surrounded by the wildfires and perished with those fire blankets they are provided over their bodies either inside their vehicle and/or they were laying on the ground in the position that they were taught with the fire blanket over them. The one in Southern California took place in the area around the town of Julian in San Diego County during Christmas time, and that should help you in getting more information. I would have to go online to look for the exact years and names of these wildfires, but I am sure that you won't have any difficulty in finding them online via InciWeb for the past historical data of National Forest Fires. AND search under CalFire for the historical data of California's State Parks wildfires that are under the authority of the State Of California.

We are in a heatwave - no surprise there - and the Inland Empire - which is just as desolate in some areas - now has several fires raging. Speculation is that some might be arson and others, unfortunate events most likely someone doing something stupid that got out of hand. No matter where a fire starts, my heart goes out to the evacuated people and pets - relocating livestock, whatever the case may be and for the wild animals that make these places their home. Breaks my heart every time. And the men and women that tackle these events, it is rough on them and their families. They all have my deepest respect to the public servants that try to keep us safe from harm.

@@imd1b4u Thank you! Yes, you are correct - the area I currently live in didn't exist 50+ years ago as it presents today. Where City Hall is located used to be corn fields. Where an enormous high end housing tract used to be grazing land for cows. This used to be "out in the boonies" - no longer. The population of this valley city alone is more than the entire county of Buncombe in NC - just as an example. I moved out here for that very reason, enjoy nature and loved the small town feel. Fast forward to today, it is an expanding area and all the trappings of city life that comes with it - good and bad. My biggest issue is that people moving out here do NOT do their due diligence when purchasing. Then when the move in and find bobcats roam the area along with an abundance if wildlife - that was here first, we encroached upon their homes - and with the drought and fires have driven more wildlife into residential areas. I am perfectly fine with that. The city folk want to cement off everything and want to have the so called undesirable animals killed - because they are too lazy to watch their own children and little pets that potentially become someones meal. THAT make me seething mad. Don't like it? Sell and move back to the stone jungle. Hint hint - raccoons are in the city too folks. One just doesn't see them as often. Go behind any office building or tower at night. Teaming with raccoons - markets, schools large apartment complexes, restaurants - the original dumpster divers. A bit of a tangent off topic, and yiyu see where I am coming from. We were taught to be respectful of everything and leave nothing but footprints. Wish more people felt that way.
