The retrial should have been over turned as the judge excluded much of the evidence that he had allowed in the prior trial. What was judge afraid of, another hung jury?

"Does not plan to press charges." Good, cause there's no way anyone could have foreseen this, or even thought this up, let alone planned it. The truck didn't want to lose the wheel, just like the car didn't want to get hit and go airborne. And, for people to say "fleeing the scene," obviously we see the truck going to the shoulder in the video, and obviously the truck had to. Also, how can you flee on three wheels? It looked like it would have been fatal. Thank goodness the car driver was fine.

Glad I don’t have to deal with all that in Vegas. Only place I’ve been to where product is locked up is Walmart and the only thing they locked was the medication and the games but games have been locked away for years. Way before covid happened

Why are you even doing a story on this? Journalism used to cover the unique and uncommon occurrences in life, not the things that happen every day all day.
There isn’t always a nefarious reason behind someone dying by suicide or trying to question why. Educate and speak to your children about suicide. Keep them off social media.
