6 shot is a all around load most people hunting squirrels and rabbits are using 7/8 oz of shot 7 1/2 shot or 8 1 oz of shot is considered a heavy load I like to adjust my shot size to my choke of the gun I'm using and how far I plan on shooting thanks for the video
