When Stephens came back to Evans cell he noticed that there was someone with blanket and was bleeding profusely and when the blanket moves down he noticed that it was mcleeRy. He assumed that Evans had hit mcleery and made his way to escape from the prison.

When Stephens came back to the cell after seeing off McLeery saw that a man was sitting on Evans chair with blood dripping from his head. The person on the chair was surrounded with a blanket. The person had short hair who were full of blood. He was very frightened as he had noticed some changes in McLeery so he thought Evans was successful in running from the jail and thought that now he is in great trouble.....

Stephen 1 St noticed that Mac Lerry was looking different then he goes in the Evan cell and saw that Mac Lerry sprawled Evan blanket and was sitting in Evan's chair and blood was coming from his head and thought that Evan hit him very hard on his head and he got frightened because Evan escape from the prison.

It was now spreading over the white clerical collar and down into the black clerical front. He assumed that Evans had hit McLeery and left the prison impersonating McLeery.✅🙏
