Ok wow is the expansion valve in that location I had my ac go out I changed my blend door motors except one my ac will go hot but never cold I need tips anyone
No I bought one from a local salvage yard from a car that was wrecked that had 12,000 mls on it, you can only find it new together with the entire box for around 500.00 much cheaper from a salvage yard from a wrecked car with low mls
The expansion valve in on the end of the lines that are connected to the evaporater coil. You could access just the expansion valve if you removed the upper intake manifold.
