One of the things I love about this show is that while Comer's performance is undoubtedly the stand-out and her character the most fun, for me, what I love is these characters together. I love the love of Eve and Villanelle, it makes me want to look at someone like that, to feel those things.

I think eve is more obsessed with villanelle than villanelle is with eve - eve sacrificed every single aspect of her life in pursuit of villanelle. I don’t believe that villanelle would sacrifice her lifestyle to the same extent for eve.

I agree with eve being the more obsessed one in their relationship but villanelle is also sacrificing her lifestyle for eve and we see it more in s3. also she does things she has never done before just to make eve happy, e.g. obeying to aaron peel's strange commands because the successful mission would make eve happy, domesticity such as wanting to make dinner for eve (she got the recipe to shepherd's pie just bc eve likes it) and wanting to go to alaska to live together (she assumes eve loves alaska bc she saw a snow globe written alaska on it among niko's and eve's belongings in the storage unit). these are just some of the little details about sacrifices v makes for eve.
