The show is about a frumpy, bored MI5 agent becoming obsessed by a Russian female assassin - who is sort of like an anti-James Bond. She gets paid to kill people in all sorts of inventive ways .. when she pleases, where she pleases and how she pleases. The show is superb ... often shooting in actual european cities ... like in the subway of Berlin, or the bridges of Amsterdam. or in CLACTON (there is a sense of humour about all of it that even stretches to the location title cards) The lead actresses are immense. You won't get better than this. But Jodie is something else ... unbelievable! ... [by being TOO believable - you know what I mean?]
