Nice vid. I am in AB-fits for now so this is helpful to me. Another reason not to go for nodes: in case gankers are trying to find your rift, spending less time in the instance also means less time for them to organise the welcome home party.
Whether the answer is worth it or not depends on how quickly the anomaly is cleared. If you clear it quickly (in 5-10 minutes), it's easier to skip all containers and just pick up the main loot. If it is longer and there is a spare time for the flight to the gate, it can be taken away in order to simply increase the profit / entry.
In a well made Gila, in T5 Exotics I get about 99% of all nodes, very rarely I skip on them and it is more to do with not wanting to wait 1m+ just for one node. I think they are generally worth it, but if you have to sit on the gate for 2 minutes until your MTU gets them (or god forbid, flying towards each one), you are better off skipping them and making one extra run with the saved time.
The T5 Passive Exotic Gila! This is one I still run regularly, here’s a video I did on it: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--ciLDXxfEz8.html
I usually clear them in lower Tiers with snooze fits... like T1 frig with a passive worm and MWD... just let the drones kill and go from loot to loot... otherwise in AB fit, only if it's like within 10km of me. lol
it still slows you down in a sense though, I rush the bio-adaptive cache in an angular way and drop the mtu. then blowing all the other caches at distance. But it most cases, you're still wasting about 1-2min per room for the MTU to actually pull from them.
