Idk about 7 months ago but majority of the contracts being sold for these are in packs of 10 these days. So when he says "there's only 17 in the entire game on contract" take that with a grain of salt. There are people who just themselves as 1 person are selling 20 contract packs of 10 ENIs PER contract in Jita. The hard part isn't figuring out what has good LP return the hard part is actually selling it all.
Why are caldari 'squids'? Can't you 'down'grade to compact guns to get 'all' online? I'm looking at gal'mil around OldManStar, as its close to "safe'ish" hs.
