No I think the other dictor decloaked him the mobile obs was not even finished it’s anchoring cycle and after that it would have been 15 mins for a chance to decloak the nyx.
This guy was not so smart, but still, great catch, Nyx guy could've avoided that in so many ways, but he decided to be lazy! edit: lol that loot rorq yoinking your loot
