And noticing your orbit set was 7500m yet you were stable at 11km distance (because the target is moving and your speed is not that much higher than the BS), you could try an orbit of 5000m and see if you can at least get him under 10km to then slow it with your web, limiting the number of pacman warps and distance from gate ? Your points about the fit are right, I didn't realize the faction thermal resist is very cheap on the market. About the orbiting, same thing I must orbit a bit closer because the Maller is pretty slow. But even with the Maller's resist bonuses it's a very tough call to complete this room.
