Good advice would be how to find the typeid of an item. There is no such search function as in the ESI api.

I am getting a notice at the bottom of Excel saying "This add-in is only supported with your Microsoft 365 subscription license."

Haven't tried it yet but when you do a transaction even when you have a transaction sheet already, would it automatically update itself?

You cannot use online verson you need to purchase 365 to beable to download and allow addons
