Eve Online Tips: Hauling from Lowsec to Highsec 

One thing I noticed was that your Dscan was not Open, this is an essential tool to find people who are potential hunters or aggressors.

This is really bad advice all around to be brutally honest. if you are moving goods, fit a MWD, it doesnt matter how many lowslots you give up for fitting modules. You need an improved cloaking device minimum to sucessfully perform cloak/mwd trick. If you cannot do this then just dont go. If you actually want to do this properly go get a DST or a covops hauler. I appreciate that you have probably learned a few expensive lessons by now but you are essentially sending any newbie who watches this to their deaths.

I missed some things: 1 - Where's your DScan? So important. I can't imagine myself in low/null not spamming dscan to see whats around me. 2 - If you scout ahead with an alt you can create tactical bookmarks at a safe distance from the gates so you can check them safelly. Or even create safe spots mid warp so you can have a place to wait while you decide what to do and assess the situation. 3 - The cloacking device can help a lot. You can hide at a safe spot, you can do the cloak+mwd trick to avoid getting targeted. 4 - Where your D-scan? :)

Highly recommend using an MWD or AB, in case you have to burn back to the gate. And of course, the already mentioned MWD+Cloak trick.

i find it's weird that you never use the directional scanner at all. It is useful to see what kind of ships in range of you that might be a threat

Is this fit still viable? Came back to EVE from 2014 about 2 weeks ago and found that warp stabs changed. So my first impression is: this fit isnt possible anymore.

New player here, 2 things interest me, hauling and finding and destroying pirates.

3:30 how i spot freight moving into gate is on dscan... i am several au away spamming dscan towards the gate. my freinds are in discord waiting for the freight or running from the zerg in the next system depending of if its a juicy target or a nasty fleet roam from a larger group

What about using the MWD+cloak trick on a hauler?

This my preferred route back down to curse for my alt, going trough 7Q in GW is a lot riskier, but you that is perhaps for another video :) And no you are not correct i am a miner/builder and i will never attack you unless you have been ganking me before, and done so multiple times, don't care about pvp or my killboard, but i admit i am like one of few :) I would also tip to use a 3rd party tool like PySpy, will close to instantly show the number of kills/losses of the character(s) you copy which gives a hint, if a guy has 3000 kills and 300 losses i will take preventive action to avoid that one.

I wish things went wrong in this video. If you do see suspicious activity what do you do? All I could pick up is maybe dont jump through the next gate but tbh most of the time my ships die going into a warp gate not leaving one.

usually ,i use a some savepoints ,and a cloack ,so i can d-scan the gates ,specially when more people in system , and when it gets crowded , i use the mircowarp cloack trick
