EVE's New Combat Meta - Surgical Strike Breakdown 

So, on April the 15th, Surgical Strike went live. This patch brings with it some huge changes to the EVE Online combat meta, so today rather than going through the patch notes, I felt the best thing to do was to go through all the changes in detail in order to elaborate on just what these changes mean for you when playing.
