If you haven't seen it yet make sure to check out the video where we installed SteamVR on the PS4: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-doXklnf-MZM.html Have a great day! 😃
We need a followup on the Juno thing. If RU-vid can just get a web browser removed from an app store because they don't like them that's super messed up.
It is wild how VR seems on live-support just a few months ago, and is now suddenly alive again. I've taken this moment to upgrade from the 2 to the 3 which arrives next week with the Batman bundle. Of course, got a new head strap, Rx lenses and grips too... Yeah! I'm glad VR is still alive!
Companies usually follow a strict release protocol. There's a lot of releases around the holidays and beginning of the year. for some reason theres not many releases around summer so it always feels like there's a dead period.
@@codyholbrooks4875you are 100% correct. Every year has been this way. Jan-may always dookie titles. Jun-oct Slow but a couple big summer “blockbuster” games if were lucky. Then of course holiday push which i bet has companies holding on to bigger titles to release alongside the main titles unless its a game that competes with the big games like bohemoth for example
@@filmoeskrawts3539 exactly and how many people's livelyhoods depend on VR news. If there is no news then no news becomes the news and then you see click bait articles on how VR is dead.
@@filmoeskrawts3539 to the average uninformed consumer who hasn't bought into VR yet or is in the fence that doesn't look good. I think a lot of things in the VR space could use some improvements like clarity to the consumer. You wouldn't have these big names pushing out shiny tech demos and acting like they are the best thing this year. Again the average consumer sees this and tries it and doesn't understand the hype because there's none there.
A half-step to fully immersive portals could be "waiting rooms" that you could poke your head into and loading the game to start in the background when you fully enter the "waiting room" for said app/game
Turning on the headset & randomly getting the new generated avatar was an interesting experience. It was very accurate which makes sense given I already had a selfie as my profile pic. Only thing I had to change was the skin tone; it made me a bit more tan than I actually was 😅.
If the selfie feature isn't working, I suggest using a VPN on your phone and using the app from the UK. That's what was required in order for me to use it.
I can't move in 3d games without immediately getting motion sickness 😢 Just one sec of moving is giving me sickness for the whole day. And thats after buying the quest 3
dobry wieczór thank you for these videos i appreciate your work you put in these videos im even more happier when i know you are half polish i am watching you since Play PC VR On Your Oculus Quest 2 & 1 Without A PC video
Stop trying to speak quick... I love the way you talk. Keep this way. U dont need to prove anyone that your english is amazing!! You are amazing. Your channel is awesome. God bless.
I don't know what people expect. There are hundreds of games out there, but I only play a handful. Before I even think about buying a new one, I prefer to finish the game I'm currently playing-which often means I'm enjoying titles that came out years ago. I don't need a constant flood of new content. I'd rather have a few high-quality games every year or two than deal with mass production. But for many, mass production seems to be the only sign that "VR is alive."
The XReal glasses just are not as great as it seems. I bought it, used it for two weeks and returned them. They strained my eyes, and the device that allowed spatial screen lock had drift problems, despite me sitting in one spot in my house.
Because most people can't afford PCVR and the PSVR2 is a complete mess on Sonys end... Then there's the big names in VR manufacturing who are dying because they practically refuse to make a consumer headset that makes sense. Oh did I mention Valve, with their big secret patent machine the "Deckard", which seemed like a cool idea, during the quest 2 era, then still hasn't shown up a year after the Quest 3.. There ya go, there's the non-quest related VR news 😂
Meta needs to fix the quest 3 as i got the best wifi money can buy and my quest 2 stays connected stable but the quest 3 disconenects before i can even load into a vail lobby needs software update
honestly horizon has been a TERRABLE experience so much so that i never go there.. so many kids screaming at the top of thier lungs on mic .. running at you throwing things at new players .. terrorizing them and no baby sitters or mods .. NOTHING that i saw
I checked it out for the first time in months and some dude came up to me trying to confirm I was an adult, acting like I wasn't allowed to be there, literally the welcome area or something, after i spent $700 on the Quest 3.. so yeah it's a garbage app that I stay far away from now. I understand the reason for it, but if Meta is paying security staff to be assholes to people, I see no need in using their apps.
Honestly Meta should add the ability to port there avatars to VRchat as they are pretty ok now, I'm happy with mine especially since green skin became an option.
the news about meta ai are its still not in our country...great.... portals will not work with looking inside by putting the head inside because of the loading times, except they will make it like lindenlab with secondlife which has 2 seconds loading time and load/rez everything while you can already move inside the world but secondlife is to superior futuristic compared with every else social world, atleast we have working bdsm worlds with anime waifus, princesses, mistresses and dominas + more who can lock your programm down and keep you leashed and caged for aslong as they want which is nowhere else to find. while meta horizon worlds has not even the ability to decorate the own home...
