One of the most popular cuts of meat for quick cooking is pork loin or pork schnitzel. However, many people complain that the meat is dry and not quite juicy. Ingredients and preparation:
700-800 g pork loin
Cut 6 pork chops (each approx. 1 ½ cm).
Pat well on both sides
Place in a bowl to marinate
300-400 ml mineral water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon dried garlic
Black pepper
30ml milk
Mix well
Let marinate for 1 hour (or longer).
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
Boil the eggs until cooked
After marinating, dry the pork chops a little with a paper towel
Heat a frying pan with oil
Fry the pork chops on one side for 3-5 minutes
Then turn over and fry on the other side for about 3 minutes
Place the pork chops on a plate
Add some oil
Fry the second batch of pork chops
1 large onion
Place all of the pork chops back into the pan
Add the onion and sauté over low to medium heat for 15 minutes
After 10 minutes I turn the pork chops
3-4 medium beetroots (boiled or baked)
250 g pickled cucumbers
4 boiled eggs
A bunch of dill (optional)
2-3 tablespoons of yogurt
1-2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Black pepper
salt to taste
You can also use mayonnaise instead of this sauce
1-2 cloves of garlic
Leave the salad for 15-20 minutes
Make sure the meat is very tender and easy to cut
