You are participating in a system that steals from artists and makes it so they aren't compensated for their work. Turn this into a joke if you want, I guess, but just know that people who love your music care about artists' rights (again, that includes y'all) and don't want to see you on the wrong side of that fight, the side that will wring you out for your creativity and reward you with absolutely nothing.

​​@@DirkDjently I know it's super popular and easy to hate on AI and I myself dislike how corporatized it's becoming and how companies that own them won't ever establish a judicary basis that touches on copyright and such BUT not realizing how much this saves money for smaller bands like EE is quite silly imo. Music videos cost money and most of them are shit in metal anyways so I don't mind having a generic one with AI-generated Warhammer 40k/Halo looking ass placeholder nonsense with the band playing instead of having that same shit that looks just as, if not lamer but cost 100 times more. Things are not black and white in life unfortunately, it's usually annoyingly grey. Just my two unsolicited cents. Cheers!

The time, equipment, and effort that artists put into their work that AI programs are designed to steal and utilize without their consent.
