Summary:
It's a story everyone knows. Nightmare Moon wins, the Princess disappears (sun preserve her), and eternal night descends on Equestria. Darkness begets terror, and terror smothers friendship. In other words, things fall apart exactly as expected. And then ponies get on with their lives. Funny how that works.
Applejack's a natural at getting on with things. But in this world, farming just ain't an option. So what's a pony to do?
Well, in her defense, monster hunting seemed like a nice gig at the time.

I find it so fascinating to see a pony fic of ponies using firearms outside of Fallout Equestria. It's actually rather cool. This story is fantastic! I like the flutterbat twist. Even more that she's seemed to switch from vampire fruit bat to straight up vampire and her brood just grows from there. XD good luck AJ.

This was a phenomenal reading. Don’t feel bad about how long it took. I’m trying my hand at fic writing, and it’s amazed me how long it can take to create a fic with 10k words and have it be something worth publishing. I can only imagine how much longer it takes to do stories justice in an audio format.

I was honestly waiting for the vampire to either turn out to be Big Macintosh or Fluttershy- or Fluttershy and Big Macintosh was in her thrall. This was an excellent reading, I always enjoy anything you read, your narration comes off as calm, soothing and a bit menacing.

awesome!! i hope jack will be okay, she seemed pretty composed killing the first one so maybe. it may seem like she's gonna die but i've played games where i'm swarmed by enemies and manage to beat them all and survive on the verge of death, so im optimistic she'll get out alive-- although surely with several more scars :0 FANTASIC FIC AND READING!!

During the production of the Season 6 finale, an animator discovers a .fla file containing a fan episode/project that somehow got put in with other episode files. I don't wanna spoil too much, but it gives a little insight to Trixie's declining mental state and backstory.

That video unfortunately got marked as made for kids and I tried to send in a repeal, but it was denied. I had to unlist it because I obviously don't want kids to find that in the kids app, but you can find it still on the playlist where I have all my grimdsrk readings sorted. It's called "The Dark Horse" playlist and you can find it under podcasts or the MLP Fanfic Readings playlist as well. It sucks, but I wanted to at least keep it up that way. I might reupload it some day, but for now, that's the work around.
