Thanks for the shoutouts Luke, at 0.58 and 5.58 - you will see the air vents still to be covered, 3 at the front and 7 or 8 at the back. The windows are self cleaning, so rain or condensation will help to clean the glass.

The plan is for continuous waterfront access all the way from Aigburth right up to Bramley Moore Dock they have just opened the bridge over to the new Isle of Man ferry terminal from the main waterfront, the glass all on the North & South stands is self cleaning glass and also the cherry pickers outside the North Stand are installing the cladding underneath the roof edging

It is self clean glass made by Pilkintons in St Helens but yes they probably will jet wash it occasionally

Thanks for the update school of S. Can you explain how the safe standing will work.As I see it the seats will all be in the down position and you pay for your season ticket.Then one day safe standing gets approved and suddenly they sell extra tickets so some hair arsed fella shares your space?

I think the plan is for Peel to have a cycle path behind the old dock wall Then there will be a big fence to stop people accessing the Everton site

The two rows of seating will be test fitting as they always do.They probably don't see seat fitting seats as a priority so they will leave it until later when they can hire unskilled local agency workers to bang in the seats over a few days

First game has got to be against Bolton they were the first team we played at goodison it would be a nice touch.
