Remember him coming first on loan, then permanently, to Everton not long after he'd been playing for Nottingham Forest.. I also remember how very happy I was that we got the striker who would become OUR Super Kev, at the time and while he was with the club, and was, of course, always also happy to hear his views, including on the team & club once he'd left then later retired.. Then so sad, of course, to hear of his passing at 54 years.. (What kind of age even IS that to 'go', considering he was someone who always still seemed so fit & well in the TV etc appearances I still saw & heard of him?)
