@@TheRealDistrict I’ve a question. If ALC is enabled does the default 4-3 sensitivity settings deactivate and stop working? I mean literally everything that fades stops working except the ALC?
I think the problem a lot of people have is how to truly tweak it to your liking like I’ve been threw so many settings just to find the sweat spot and what I found out is to pair the max sensitivity and smooth it out with low sensitivity an ramp up delay and ramp up time the two most important settings are the outer threshold and response curve they indicate your recoil and movement 100%
I been playing this game since launch and I have always struggled with sensitivity settings so thank you your one of the only RU-vidrs that actually explained it out in a way i could understand that wasn't just complete garbage love your content it's helped me out a lot
Really really appreciate this video! it drastically helped me change to the perfect setting of my controls and I not missing ANY! shots thanks you so much!
Duuuude thank you! From the bottom of my heart 😂 tell me why I could never find a video like this, until now. This has helped me a lot. I’m a new gamer girl 👏
LOVE YOU, by binds do you mean my controller layout? maybe in the near future but no plans as of yet. maybe when more people ask. only because spending 2-3 days on a binds video when only 3 people want to watch it is not worth the time just yet
Try having a lower response curve and then lower your yaw and pitch. The low response will make it feel fast but the lower speeds will feel much more stable and controllable
@@TheRealDistrict but how you control it with these high speed settings its insane specially with aiming if i just touch it left it goes far away from the target
i got plenty of tips for tracking. im actually working on a video already for it. but until then ill link you 2 of my recent videos for aiming. hope this earns a sub ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-P-P5WCCDM_o.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-G6QDADK0ufA.html
sorry i forgot to answer what controller I'm using! i use 2 controllers, one is the elite seires 2 controller (because it has 4 paddles on the back) and i use a custom build controller by Cinch. ill link you the website to Cinch they are cheaper the Scuff and IMO they make better products cinchgaming.com/?ref=FinalBoss
@@CaptHalcyon thank you for reminding me, i use 2 controllers, one is the elite seires 2 controller (because it has 4 paddles on the back) and i use a custom build controller by Cinch. ill link you the website to Cinch they are cheaper the Scuff and IMO they make better products cinchgaming.com/?ref=FinalBoss
I play on a 1% response curve & it’s been awhile now but still my tracking is off sometimes because the thumb stick moves with such little effort. Any suggestions? Great vid btw you explained everything in a simplified way.
@@bottomless_tacopit what's your all your sense. I practically a God at apex sense at this point. (Gf sold my ps5 so I'm kinda out of apex grinding). Down to help the sense your looking for tho
District do you use a regular joystick? Or an extended one? If you use a regular, do you know any ways I can train my aim on a joystick to be more calm and less spastic or Flicky?
Do you think ps4 would reflect different settings on your end? I play with 29inch screen ps4 and keep my controller charged and plugged in to reduce input delay. Resolution on my ps4 is also set to lowest (due to hdmi damage but I guess it helps mid/far visibility, just lose a bit of edges of my screen...) Also been debating what settings are the most reliable with overall fights. Sometimes I keep finding myself tuning from close to mid range sens. Then I lose my close range accuracy again. I also use 4% and it's a perfect dead zone imo, but then higher sens seems to trigger in places that doesn't help. Like when we control recoil, we want to mainly use the bottom half of the analog stick area. So using 0% deadzone can be near impossible depending on the fight and then aim correction needed might actually hit above the center point and mess up a fight. Low sens and higher outer threshold is also very interesting. But I won't go into that lol. What are your opinions about separate factors on this topic? Would lag or bad connection relate to poor aim assist/missing shots? Is aim assist worse on ps4? I'm also finding that many,if not almost, all my fights are against "rigged bots" that will survive until there last bullet and I will go down. I know sbmm is rigged but I've noticed something has changed and I think it may be respawns new hacker fix. If you kill enough rigged bots, they could tell who was cheating.
as a keyboard and mouse player who want to learn controller this is what i need not some THIS IS THE BEST SETTING BLA BLA BLA video b*tch i didnt even know 90% of this setting mean. this video totally helpful
What’s the best fov I play on a monitor movement wise 110 hits like a charm but hard to see enemies I try on 104 and still should I try shiv fps lol 90 fov
@district hey man could you tell me what the numbers are equivalent to? I.e what number in the yaw and pitch would be equivalent to a 4 or 5 sens and what would be a 3 or 4 sens in the ads yaw speed? As I feel somewhere between them sensitivitys would be perfect for me! Thanks for the great content, earned a sub from me, keep up the good work 👏
I don’t use ALC but I’m assuming if max sensitivity without them is 8 and max in ALC is 500 then 250 would equal 4 and 312.5 would be 5, if you do 500 divided by 8 then times by the sens you want it should give you the correct number. I may be wrong though
friend, what button configuration do you recommend, I am one of the people who use the control in the common or normal way, so I don't know what configuration you recommend to start improving my movement
Good question, I use a controller with 4 back buttons so I put all my AXYB buttons on those paddles. If you want better movement, learn to play with a claw grip, or change your button layout to something that let's you keep your thumbs on the sticks while you hit Crouch and jump.
Hi , can you recommend me some values for sniper ? I play Linear and its great for all weapons except snipers , because you dont have the microadjustments while aiming and feels a little weird , can you help me ? Greetings
its simple. Deadzone is mandatory for your AA. Thats why all pros have at least a tiny deadzone in order to always have Aimbo... Aimassist doing its job.
@@h2po417 Yea than go and tell this Hal, Verhulst, Snip3, Gen, Lou. and many more pro palyers on controller who ACTUALLY SAID THIS MULTIPLE TIMES. Xendmin even was confused when he once stood still, without touching the controller and cause of his stick drift the AA locked automatically on to an enemie close by. SO MISS ME WITH YOUR BULLSHIT. AA is strong, its overpowered. Lou switched to controller and left his beloved movement behind in order to exploit AA. Thats why Hal switched and many more MnK players and they said this too.
@@IfUanswerMeUareGae no shot this is ur excuse lmfaooo the stick drift happened to be drifting a certain way and the aim assist mechanic worked 🤯lower deadzones combined with a low response curve is just to control recoil bro it’s hell doing it on reg settings. it’s not locking on lmfaoo it’s slowing the crosshairs down as it moves accross smh hal was playing controller before he even touched mnk please do research yikes
@@h2po417 No, its simply just me and a lot of other ppl who think the same way. AA is fine at least the retical AA, remove rotiational AA and I would be happy. And further no MnK and Controller in the same lobby. Make different lobbys, and remove the possibility to use controller on PC (like in Valo or CSGO). Therefore anybody who can play controller still can. Thats my opinion. And I never said, Hal didn´t play controller before "now". So don´t change my words. Lou played a lot of controller too in the early days, he isn´t unexperienced either. But thats not the point. There is literally no pro (ALGS) team withou a controller player besides 100T. But for me the discussion is over here. Its my opinion, AA is broken, I think it shouldnt exist on PC. Have a nice day sir. and just for you. I am not simply trash talking, I did my research, but I still have my opinion. My thoughts are based on personal experience and research. www.reddit.com/r/CompetitiveApex/comments/s8d0bp/comprehensive_breakdown_of_aim_assist_how_it/
@@IfUanswerMeUareGae i mean i no disrespect the topic was on dead zones lol and only reason you would ever lower dead zone is to even be able to control recoil not the extra things. every apex video i hear the same thing about AA should be reduced and how people using their full arm for an input are getting griefed by people with thumbs which would be solved with your lobby suggestion so i’m behind that 100%. rotational AA getting nerfed i can get behind. Pro teams having a controller player just means A. They play it for op AA ig and B. It’s the input they prefer and just because one side only chooses it because they think it’s advantageous doesn’t mean it should cause a stigma for controllers in pro play. You’re a rational thinker at least you gave a valid argument with facts and i agree with your suggestions in your second comment
