This was a special group of guys with the best possible coach leading them. The fact that this was how it all began is just mind boggling. Yes, they have a great foundation to start with but as we’re seeing now, it’s more than just pouring money into a squad. There’s so much that has to come together. Truly an amazing start to the franchise
Yeah it's hard to switch from the South American very offensive attacking mindset of Martino to the more conservative, opportunistic European playing style of a coach like De Boer.
Eagerly waiting for the 2019 Season. Still I love watching every Goal from on TV, to that Orlando Match in May with my Friends, The Watch Parties, and to Mercedes Benz Stadium! Chapter III is Coming.
I been taking my time to see how great Atlanta united is, infact they might win again . No way of slowing down. I can see history coming right to the guiness book of record
@@cat48155 i have to disagree. Our club teams arent on the same league as European ones. There are very few direct comparisons but the few times that we have decided to play clube teams from europe the resulta were dramatic. Im thinking of manchester city laying down the law on us. Its also reflected on our national team as they are supposed to represent the best we have produced. The women are doing better but they usually arent the measure of a countries ability.
You don't have a good coach this year. Tata was very good world class coach, but De Boer isn't. And, if the other teams plays better than last year, it will be very hard for you. If your team would play in EPL, probably they would be the last team.
@@UnknownPerson-uw4rh Dude just no. He has won 4 straight titles for Ajax. And yes he had a bad run in Italy. And a short time at Crystal Palace which by the way he couldn't have did much there anyway seeing they didn't have the funds to make a competitive team. So dont bring that BS this way, he has everything he needs to succeed here and he VERY MUCH will.
@@AlterTA well we were the 2019 Campeones Cup champions and US Open Cup champions (which is our version of the FA Cup). So it was still a WAY better year then this year. This year we are total trash and even Josef wouldn't save us.
The one problem with the new 2019 season, we ain’t winnin, I’m not gonna say why in case the cause sees this, but damn we need to up our game! We are out of the champs league already and it’s only the 3 month into the season!
With the way things are going at the moment, you realize just how fun this team was. Even better the next season. FDB was a big name they took a chance on but he was the complete opposite of TATA. 5 stripes will be back though.
@@gordonremsey8055 This guy is very funny. If Martinez would be in the EPL or in Spain, or in Germany, he would be nothing. Americans even don't know how to defense yet and Americans don't have very good coaches yet.
Well Atlanta is getting South American and Argentina footballer of the year Pity Martinez from River Plate. Pray for the Mexican defenses ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Yj0K05ohq90.html
Probably will not be the Champion but will be a hard bite to get. It will be a good battle. As long we kick Club America ass from Mexico... It will be fine, it will be awesome . Then we on the right track to very soon became "EL PAPA DE LOS POLLITOS".
