I'm very proud of all your DNFs. I've always been a big DNFer, although sometimes they linger on my currently reading list because once I've mentally DNFed them I forget that I have to actually press the button, so to speak. Then I end up remembering like 2 months later. Love Hypothesis was on my read or unhaul list - I read the first few pages and decided to give it a proper go. I'm not sure how I'll feel about it in the end, or if I'll even end up finishing it, but it was one of the lucky ones that made the cut.

I'm just finding your channel, and subbed because of all the Hobb books! I'm sad to hear you didn't like The Bone Ships. I have it on my tbr for the same reason - it seems marketed to Hobb readers!

When there are so many other books to read, I don't know how editors let their authors get away with boring and confusing readers for the first 20 to 200 pages. I would tell them: "Get your hooks into that reader immediately and don't let go."

Its nice to hear you have not given up on dresden, but as someone waiting for it it feels like its been sooo long. Are you going to re-read them as you get back to it? Do you know when you will? If you do, when is that? (Sorry if I am annoying, I can imagine having someone pester you about a book being offputting and making that book a hassle and I really dont want to do that but I am also actually really interested in your videos you make about the books.)
