Fun fact, this was actually invented or made popular by a French psychologist and pharmacist Émile Coué de la Châtaigneraie. It’s optimistic autosuggestion; but I’m more of the believer there is a source and all knowing creator (that’s you me and all) that make everything happen.

Hello and welcome Abolfazl. I have used different affirmations over the years and they really do work! It's a nice feeling when you have been using one and then you find yourself naturally repeating it. You can always put this video on loop/repeat if you want to play continuously and have it running longer. Yes let me know how you get on with this one, a favourite of mine.💪 😃

How my mind knows what does "in every way" mean ? Is not that too confusing for the mind because in every way means health, finance, relationships, material things etc ? Or getting better means me getting better like smarter, more inteliigent, courageous etc. ?
