A friend and i think Miss Sasha is actually a preschool or kindergarten teacher, given the fact she's seen with little kids at the end when looking at Claire's mutilated corpse. At my local highschool they actually have classes for preschoolers where students who want to become teachers or work with kids can come in for one class to help teach and things like that.
