Great collection! I don't think I've seen anyone else talk about Vetiver Veritas. I've gotta get a decant to test out this summer. Escale en Haiti is beautiful as well-- the light but resinous myrrh really sets it apart. I always associate vetivers with summer but Escale en Haiti reminds me of a crisp, foggy morning.
Spot on with the Escale en Haiti - cold air is exactly the feeling I get from it. Vetiver Veritas is just as satisfying, but in a completely different direction... earth, grass, clay. It's super refined but also a little brutal.
Hmmm how did I miss that you are a rose person. I need to step up my watching skills……money in the mountains sounds like an album or movie title (les indemodables) …..holy mackerel you do love le labo. Why am I mildly shocked?….. Well shoot I was supposed to find vetiver veritas sample and try again (or did I send it away? A wild goose chase might be in my future). …….pick my favorites? Blasphemy. Impossible task. I’m annoyed that I talk about superlatives sometimes because I certainly don’t think in such terms….this was my running commentary while I watched the video. Looking forward to your videos in the coming year. Cheers mate.
You have Escale en Haiti too, right? I would happily send you some Vetiver Veritas if you would like - just let me know. Thanks for watching my ramblings all year long 🥰
