Exoprimal is just another zombie mob shooter. i can't call it a dinosaur game since the "dinosaur" aspect is virtually null, they are just things to shoot at.
The top-down Game Boy game has one of the worst bullshit mechanics that I have ever seen: *Randomly exploding health items!* Every time you pick up a medkit, the game rolls to determine whether it heals or kills you! And because it's random, you can't even memorize which ones you shouldn't touch.
