girls.. use 2 pad instead as it is way too less costly... and u will not even get a stain... just attach last few inches of the pad with other pad ...and that's converted into a large pad..that will work great with 230 mm also..

Hello ma'am, I have another very interesting thing to suggest to every girl out there. Start using menstrual cups. They are super duper comfortable. We can use one cup for 10 long years. It's environment friendly and easy to carry. Don't fear about the insertion. It takes 1-2 cycles to understand it perfectly, but after that it becomes a boon for periods. Beleive me, you need to try it out. 😊🌻💓
